The Conversation Lab was founded by Kathryn Mitchell and Graham Drew — two commercially experienced practitioners who spent years watching well-equipped, well-intentioned teams underperform because of one thing: the quality of their conversations. Not their capability. Not their processes. Their conversations. That shared observation, and a combined 50 years of working inside organisations across sales, marketing, leadership, negotiation, and consulting, is what The Conversation Lab is built on.

Why work with us?
We are straightforward to work with. We do not over-complicate the process, we do not disappear after the first workshop, and we do not deliver generic content dressed up as bespoke.
We work with a network of experienced associates across the world, which means we can deliver programmes wherever your teams are based — in person, virtually, or a combination of both.
What you get is access to experienced practitioners who know their subject, care about your outcomes, and will tell you honestly what is and is not going to work. Our clients tend to come back because of that and because the work actually changes something.
